Joel DeVinney
Lead Pastor
Born and raised in Perry, New York. He is a graduate of Cedarville University (1995) and Dallas Theological Seminary (1999). He has served as lead pastor of Grace since September 1999. Joel and his wife, Cathy, have been married since 1995 and have three children: Claire, Jenna, and Luke.

Linda Kerr
Administrator
Linda was raised in New Jersey and earned a bachelor’s in history from Hillsdale College. She has worked in a variety of educational and ministry settings. She moved to the Lancaster area in 2012 and assumed the position of Grace’s Administrator in May 2022. She also teaches high school English at Anchor Christian Academy in Lancaster and has one son, Josiah, a student in college.

Jarrod Bergey
Children’s Ministry Coordinator
Jarrod grew up in southeastern PA and moved to Lancaster in 2019. He has worked with kids and teens in various settings including camp and local church ministry. He has served as the Children's Ministry Coordinator since September 2022. Jarrod and his wife, Anna, have been married since 2015 and have two girls: Eden and Kaleia.

Ryan Witherell
Worship Coordinator
Ryan Witherell was born and raised in the Albany area in upstate New York. He is a graduate of Grove City College (2013). He has served as worship coordinator at Grace since April 2015. Ryan and his wife, Abby, have been married since 2016 and have three daughters, Sammi, Meghan, and Kayleigh.
