Lead Pastor
Born and raised in Perry, New York. He is a graduate of Cedarville University (1995) and Dallas Theological Seminary (1999). He has served as lead pastor of Grace since September 1999. Joel and his wife, Cathy, have been married since 1995 and have three children: Claire, Jenna, and Luke.

Matt Henry
Associate Pastor
Born and raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, He is a graduate of Liberty University (2015). Matt began his ministry as associate pastor of Grace in October 2024 after teaching middle and high school students at Dayspring Christian Academy for eight years. Matt and his wife, Claire, have been married since 2014 and have four children: Judah, Levi, Samuel, and Jane.

Michelle Okabayashi
Administrator
Michelle has a background in faith-based nonprofit communications and has a bachelor’s in communications from Messiah College and Master’s of Divinity from Palmer Seminary. Michelle and her family moved to Lancaster in 2021 from Brooklyn, New York.

Ryan Witherell
Worship Coordinator
Ryan Witherell was born and raised in the Albany area in upstate New York. He is a graduate of Grove City College (2013). He has served as worship coordinator at Grace since April 2015. Ryan and his wife, Abby, have been married since 2016 and have three daughters, Sammi, Meghan, and Kayleigh.
